Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, we ship directly to most countries in the world.
When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?
If your order was placed Monday thru Thursday it will be within 48 hours. If your order was placed on Friday the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. All domestic packages within the 48 states usually take 2-7 days. International orders can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks.
Will my credit card be charged immediately?
Your credit card will be charged when your order is confirmed. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, we’ll give you an order confirmation number. You will also immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped.
What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?
Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.
Calisons.com accepts the return or exchange of full-priced merchandise with the original receipt and tags attached for up to 30 days after purchase if returned unused and undamaged. Calisons reserves the right to determine if item is returned unused and undamaged. All sale merchandise is final sale. All sales are final on swimwear, undergarments, sunglasses*, watches, jewelry and skateboards. Partial returns of multiple item promotions forfeit all promotional pricing.
Returns are refunded in the method of original payment. Shipping is nonrefundable. All merchandise must be returned in its original unused, unwashed packaged & resalable condition. Shoeboxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them - shoeboxes used as shipping boxes will not be accepted.

Q: How can I return or exchange merchandise ordered from Calisons.com?
A. Need a different size? Color? Style? We'll send it to you! Simply choose one of the following convenient options to make a return or exchange:
1. Return To CaliSons Store
Returning has never been easier. Simply bring the item(s), along with your original receipt, photo ID, and the credit card you used when you placed your order, to our Calisons store at 2013 ocean front walk, Venice CA 90291.
2. Return or Exchange By Mail
Complete the Return/Exchange Form included in your original shipment, and enclose it with the item(s) in its original packaging (when possible). When exchanging items, be sure to indicate the replacement item, including the style number, color, and size.

Packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Refunds and exchanges are processed when item(s) are received. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt. Credits for returned or exchanged merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Q: What if I need to make a return, but I've lost my original receipt?
A: If you no longer have a copy of your original receipt, an exchange may be made for merchandise of equal or lesser value. If you have further questions or require additional assistance, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
LIMITED WARRANTY AGAINST BREAKAGE
CaliSons Warranty Policy:
CaliSons warrants their sunglasses against breakage due to defects in material and workmanship for 60 days from the date of purchase. Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and are not covered under warranty.
CaliSons has sole discretion to determine manufacturer’s defects. Apparel and accessories are not covered under the 60 day warranty policy.
CaliSons will only authorize the warranty claim if the product was purchased from our online store, our flagship store or one of our authorized dealers within the US.
This warranty lasts up to 60 days from the purchase date. This warranty covers all parts of your CaliSons product, excluding lenses, and applies to all types of manufacturing defects or failure. Scratched lenses as a result of normal use are not covered by this warranty. The warranty program does not cover product that is lost, stolen, dropped, shattered, sat on, or any other damages incurred from the user.
The warranty does cover the Prescription frames, but does NOT cover prescription lenses. Please do not return any frames with your prescription lenses inserted. We are not responsible for any prescription lenses that are sent to us.
For breach of any written or implied warranty on this product, the consumer is limited to damages of repair of the product or replacement with an identical or equivalent style, at the election of CaliSons. CaliSons is NOT liable for any other damages, such as special, incidental, or consequential damages, resulting from the use of this product. Note: some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.
First, read through the warranty policy to verify that you qualify.
Return the sunglasses to the address below, we recommend using a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product. Calisons is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Please remember to include the following with your return item:
1. Your complete name, current return address, telephone number and email address.
2. A brief description of the problem or service you are requesting.
3. A copy of your dated receipt.
If the sunglasses are returned within the warranty period, and CaliSons finds that the breakage was due to a defect in material or workmanship, the sunglasses will be repaired or replaced at our option and returned to the sender. In the event that the damage is not due to a defect in material or workmanship additional repair charges may apply. In this event, you will receive notification of additional charges through email or letter.
